Identify the symptom first

Start with what the door does, not with what you think is broken. A door that will not open has a different short list from a door that will not close, and manufacturer troubleshooting tables treat them separately: a dirty sill track, an obstruction, a locked panel, a damaged panel, a damaged lock, a loose or damaged keeper, worn weatherstrip, and rollers that need adjustment are listed as distinct causes with distinct fixes. Rollers, tracks, alignment, locks

Rollers carry the sliding panel's weight and are the most common wear item. When they flatten, seize or fill with grit, the door drags or grinds. Tracks are the rail the rollers ride on; a dented, worn or corroded track makes even good rollers behave badly. Alignment is the panel's position in the frame; roller height adjustment is how it is corrected, and a misaligned panel is why a latch misses its keeper. Locks and handles fail on their own, but the first question is always whether the lock is faulty or whether the door has simply moved away from it.

Overlap between causes

The overlap is the point. A dragging door might be rollers, track, or both. A door that will not latch might be the lock, the keeper, or alignment. Exclusions

The door's approximate age and brand if a label is visible, which symptom you have, whether it appeared suddenly or gradually, and a few photographs taken without removing anything. The photo guide lists them. You do not need to know the roller model, and "not sure" is a valid answer on the contact page.
